As far as I know there are two ways you can go about this. One, buy
Macromedia Generator and use its dB capabilities to interact with flash.
Two, use ASP/CGI/etc to create the text files dynamially ( based on
responses - get's and post's from within a flash movie ). With the ASP
route you cannot get a direct link between Flash and the dB. You need to
use intermediary text files for the data, but the actual data requests
can be direct to your ASP page using forms within Flash 4.

Hope this helps a bit, all I can say is read up about it, its not
immediately obvious.

I know how to make flash read ( .txt ) format..but this is not databank
or
dynamic....

I need to send message from flash to to ODBC....which will get
information from
DB...How do I do this?
