Can I just say, who cares? From what I can see, Gahlord is wanting to make a

value-added source available as a gesture of goodwill, community

togetherness, whatever. I haven't seen any credit being taken where it is

not deserved.

barneys was the first to get that style of sliding nav, thats what i was

talking about. if you are claiming to have been the man who made it first, i

was saying that you are not, its been everywhere for sometime,

it would be the same if you made a sliding scalable menu and open sourced it

saying it was your own as many people now do with yugop.com's nav


if you were just saying that you were opensourcing your sound gizmo thats

fine.. but your menu style is a copy of barneys.
