Subject: FLASH: playing external media
From: Ted Nunes
Date: Tue, 7 Nov 2000 00:57:24 GMT

Here's some wishful thinking: is there a way to have Flash play external
mp3 files (or wav, or whatever...)? Is there also a way to have Flash
display external .jpg files? I know how to accomplish this by saving
everything as .swf's and using load movie, but it's a lot of files and we'd
like to save that step if possible. Thanks.
