FLASH: linking flash and a href

Hi,

I have an image on a html page. When the mouse rolls over it I want this to

trigger a flash animation on the same page to do do a fade.

Is this possible and how would I do it? Can I have two flash files - when

the image is rolled over, the first flash file is replaced by my fading

flash file?
