The normal preload is just a loop or possibly a series of loops that
repeats while waiting for a particular frame(s) to load.
The frame you target should be one where you are fairly certain that
most visitors will be able to see the next segment without interruption
due to normal loading delay from the Web.

You can put any animation you want inside the loop(s).
Though in Flash 2 terms, my Wait-for-Frame Demo Movie explains the
general concept. Wait-for-Frame is now called 'If Frame is Loaded'.
