FLASH: re-sizing new browser window

hi!  i sent this earlier but i think i sent it to the wrong place...ooops.

anyway, i need help with a flash problem i'm having:  i have set-up my movie

so

that one link named "toolbar" opens a new browser window in which a, you

guessed it, "toolbar" will sit; however, i want the new window to 1) be an

exact height/width; and 2) not allow users to re-size (and/or scroll).  any

suggestions?
