As a free option, you can most likely check out a Sound Effects library CD
from your local library that can set you up with basic sound effects. And
you can get cheap, and maybe free, audio editors off the Web to record the
audio and format it into WAV files that you then import into Flash.
(SoundForge XP will probably do what you need for $50, available at
http://www.sonicfoundry.com/default.html)
