FLASH: Please look

I am curious to know what y'all think about the way we've done an animated quick start guide using Flash. Both myself and my co-worker (Jim Hatlo) have never had prior experience with Flash so all input is welcome. Forgive me if you've seen this, it was shocked site of the day a couple weeks ago.
