Very good instructional piece that is very much the type of thing that
should be available on the Web (the paper copy always seems to be
misplaced).

Two problems.
1) You are using bitmap images instead of creating vector versions of
your graphic elements. Even the rack mount bars are not vectorized.
This created the huge files you have, so for someone not on a T1 or with
a poor connection this is anything but quick. Remember they haven't
installed your equipment yet and could be anyplace on earth.

2) Your text and other elements are not using the available screen real
estate well, resulting in had to read text instructions on 14" and 15"
monitors.
