the above urls are for my original testing of how to do this


basically 3 layers -

1) buttons/background

2) text block (saved to the library as a graphic)

3) empty keyframes (all with the actions set to stop) - i coulda built these

into any of the other layers but for simplicity i made them a seperate

layer.

4)?  a 4rth layer could be used as a "bar" between the arrows to show

reletive distance between start and finish


its a pretty crude(ugly) example but the technique is very easy to use


if ya need any further assistance lemme know - or to complain about the

ugliness of it :-)
