Hi People,
I've just recently gotten into/addicted to Flash, and I only
have one problem. Every time I try to export one of my movies in Flash 4
my system locks up and I have to control alt delete to see that Flash is not
responding, and I have to shut it down. I can't even do a test movie, it
locks up then to. I can preview it fine with the enter or play
command. I even uninstalled and reinstalled a fresh version of Flash and
that didn't help. So then I figured that movie I made was corrupt in a
previous version of Flash4 so I made a short little fade movie to see if I could
export it and that worked, so then I went and did the original version of the
movie that locked up before and the same thing happened. The movie is
nothing special just some motion tweening, nothing to complicated, but this is
starting to get very irritating, and frustrating. I was previously working
with Flash3 and had absolutely no problems with that version. I'm on a
standard PC, and I have removed Flash3 and done a defrag and installed a fresh
version of Flash 4 and still nothing. I'm at wits end here searching the
net for possible bugs and such, but no luck.
Anyone had any problems like this? I can't publish, or
export, but I can export to .avi file format.
Any help would be appreciated :-)
Colin
