FLASH: help with "video" effect

Hello, 


I was wondering if anyone could provide some insight into how they achieved 

the "video" effect at <A HREF="egomedia.com">egomedia.com</A>.  I'm assuming 

that they traced over each frame of the actor in (illustrator or something) 

from a video file and inserted it into a movie clip one keyframe at a time... 

does that sound about right to anyone?  I've tried it but I can get quite the 

same effect.  If anyone knows a method with results similar to egomedia.com 

please forward it to me.  Any and all input appreciated and thanx in advance
