Nope, hasn't changed.
Problem is still that all these packages render out rasters not vectors.
I use Lightwave,Rhino, and Max at work and all are equal when it comes to flash-
I have to import a bitmap and autotrace.
I'm eager to get Vecta. This will be a whole new market for 3d animators.

I spoke with the folks at the Hash booth at SIGGRAPH about Flash output...
They said they didn't export swf, fla or eps and weren't really planning on
developing for Flash.
Has that changed, perhaps? The application is really cool and powerful by
the way! ...and a steal for that price.
