That symptom "can't select text" is indeed browser-specific... believe it's

some of the Netscape versions.


For "What can produce this symptom?" then examine the TABLE ALIGN

attribute... if memory serves then you likely have it set to values of

"left" or "right". Turning it back to a value of "default" (or using

"center") will remove the symptom.
