Do you mean as a MP3 or SWF ?

As an MP3... just get an MP3 encoder program such as AudioGrabber or
AudioCatalyst just
to name only 2 of the many that are out there.

As a SWF... very easily done.

Add sound, set sound to Stream.

Publish Settings

Streaming MP3, 20 kbps, Stereo, fast.

with an optional Stop Action in the last KeyFrame at the end of the sound clip
if you don't want the music to loop.

Does that answer your question.

BTW the Streaming MP3 Publish settings are just my personal preference.
