FLASH: little windows

I've seen a few explainations here on how to open a new html

(containing a swf) in one of those tiny windows that are the same size

as the swf with just the top bar (the window open or close and the

close buttons)  I want to to open it from a button in another flash

movie but I can seem to get it to work.  (that seems to be the theme

for me this week.)

How does one do that?  I know it is javascript but do I put all of

that code in the get URL action?
