FLASH:How does the Time Plug and Play work?

I have the file from the Plug and Play example on FlashBible, but I can't

get it to work.  Is it supposed to be a frame action, a tell target, what?

Right now I have it set up:


Set Variable: "/:Delay" = 10

Call ("/Count:Up")


and have also tried


Set Variable: "/Delay" = 10

Call ("/Count:Up")


Any suggestions?  Thanks :)
