Subject: Re: FLASH: fps - 12?

Hi Tom,
Twelve frames per second is what I use most of the time. And keep in
mind that 12 fps is more of a speed limit than a speed minimum. I have
tested some and 12 fps is rarely reached in reality on the web. Of
course a lot of that has to do with what percentage of the screen needs
to be redrawn at each frame and how many gradients and alpha effects you
are using at a time. These are processor issues not so much web
connection issues.
