FLASH: Loading sound?

hi there is there any way to stop my separate .swf file from loading

if it has allready loaded.


i use this file as my sound loop and when ever i resize the page on

Netscape Mac it reloads the sound on top of the original

also can you use a tell target like thing for  a loaded movie??
