it also ran choppy for me the first time it was loaded, it might be that you
are not preloading enough frames? once cached, it ran fine, PIII550xeon,
winnt4.0, ie5, 33.3.
suggestions:
you should put a delay after the opening title sequence, so you can read it
and for timing
also a delay after the brain suckage, for timing

when you do animations like these check out cartoons and commercials, as
they have timing down to a science. no matter how good the visuals and
sound are, timing can make or break an animation

Thanks Jim,
Actually there are only 3 bitmapps and they are traced. The frame rate is
set
at 25. I think your processor might be a little slow for the tweening, but
that
info is good to know.
