Make a shape you want to be the button, turn it into a button.
Now edit it. Create a KeyFrame in the Hit state.
Now delete the one in UP state.
You now have an invisable button. It will appear a very light blue colour
on the stage.

If you need more definitive instructions ask again. I'm just a little busy
right now. :-)
