If it is for a commercial purpose you should always obtain proper

permission. If for a student project you should feel free to use it, but

it would be courteous to get permission. In any case FLAs are always

posted for study and you can use the ideas without any permission, but

the images and the code are the property of the copyright owner. Any

modification of a copyright object becomes eligible for joint copyright

only if you have permission from the original owner of the copyright. If

you modify something without permission you have no rights to your

modification.
