Hi Rick,


You can make Mail Rules to do this. I have different folders for all sorts of incoming messages.


Make a new folder, I call mine "flash list"


(On a Mac) Go to Tools > Mail Rules.


Make a new rule and tell it things like: 

"Subject - contains - FLASH" 

Action "move message - flash list"
