FLASH: moock text ticker

hi all

quick update: just posted a java-applet-style text ticker that uses

actionscript to display a body of text one character at a time, scrolled in a

line. finally, no more tedious masking needed to achieve this effect. even

actionscript newbies should be able to use this. allows control of viewable

region, speed, and pause between message repetitions.

marc & russ, a while ago you were discussing a way to easily create a typing

effect. you could likely modify this thing to suit your needs...
