Sure is... it's basically the same way you do it with
ASP, PHP, CGI, etc... it will require a server-side
script in place. Or, look into Generator.

If you already have a server-side script in place, you
simply pass values from the flash form to the script
for database insertion. Flash doesn't actually do it
itself.
