FLASH: Drag locked to center and buttons problem

I do this on the first frame of my movie


startDrag ("tag", true, 54, 0, 54, 250);


With constrain to rectangle checked and defined as above the cursor only

needs to be be vertically aligned with a button and it will "rollover".


I've posted two swfs

As you can see this becomes a problem because some of the buttons overlap

and things don't happen correctly.


Without the drag constrained the buttons work fine.


Does anyone have an explanation for this?  Is it something I'm missing?


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
