if you have multiple frames all needing preloaders.. you should seriously
look at your file sizes and ask yourself if you are overloading the user
with too much info.. when i use multible frames with flash in a few of them,
usually one would be a nav and another content etc.... if my nav is so big
that it needs a preloader, its usually time to redo your nav, thats a clue
that its too big
preloaders in my opinion really suck, flash is streaming, and info should be
optimized for that, its being misused in my opinion when you cram so much
info in there that you need a 1 minute preloader.
heres an example of a great flasher that has up a awesome site teaser all
done in flash, NO PRELOADER, and it goes on forever, that is a goal to
strive for..
i know i didnt explain or help you there, but thought it was a topic that
could use a little info to think on:)
