FLASH: movie in movie?

I created a banner in Flash consisting of  movieclips within movieclips.

Now how would I go about placing this banner in another movie which is my

website? Is it possible to put a moviefile(FLA) into another movie or do I

need to convert it to another format such as animated gif, which I'd rather

not...Help anyone!!:-)Pretty please. I'm sure I'm missing an important part

of this equation.
