Sorry to jump in so late in the conversation, but I haven't had time to
check the list.

I have some good news (for some anyhow). . .
I called today although I purchased after the date listed on the website and
it seems that Macromedia has extended the free upgrade period until the
purchase date of October 6.

If in doubt, be sure to call 1.800.425.222.0382. Mine had an free upgrade
sticker on the box and you should be able to qualify for the free upgrade if
purchased within the month of September.
