Hmm, I'm not sure whether any of the software tools mentioned would be
directly applicable here. But have you done a google.com search on the term
"msagent"? This describes what's necessary for that Microsoft-style talking
agent type of work.
(I only checked into it briefly a few years ago, but my memory is that
graphics creation is only a subset of the tasks needed in MSAgent work...
I'd definitely defer to Microsoft and third-party documentation on this
subject, though.)
