Just a few thoughts:

Director was made for that kind of thing. If you have any budget for new
stuff, I would just shell out the money and do it super-slick. Otherwise, QT
works fine. You could also easily make an HTML shell for everything and run
it full-screen (like a kiosk). You have a lot more options embedding video
in an HTML page than with Flash.
