FLASH: Flash + Dreamweaver Ultra Dev

Anyone had any experience? We're thinking of getting UltraDev and are

wondering if it makes Flash integration with back-end easier, harder,

weirder, etc. I'd also be interested in hearing anything pro/con about

UltraDev in general.
