FLASH: Projector file size? ProjectorLauncher?

Hello folks


We have a Flash Win projector file that came out of Flash at over 600K...we

were unaware that the projector added so much weight to the .swf version!...


...our client needs us to get the projector file down to as close to 300K as

possible...aside from making internal adjustments, is there anything we can

do from the outside?...


I just read in the Appendix to the Flash 4 Magic book that the authors used

a product called ProjectorLauncher which, among other things, supposedly

reduced one of their projector files down from over 500K to just over

100K...that seems like a lot, is it possible? or anything thing similar that

you all have heard about?...
