You will have to use a plug-in of some sort to view video, anyway. QT
w/flash track means only 1 plug-in needed. If this is confusing to you. look
up architecture as it relates to video (ie: flash is one architecture, video
is another). The Quicktime architecture handles numerous media tracks. You
can find more info. at codec central (www.terran-int.com).
As far as it being 'easy' as Eric stated, not my experience, sorry. However
it does work if your codec + the flash track don't put too heavy a load on
the playback hardware.
