Hmm, I'm not sure offhand of a workflow to align parts of different movie
clips together. If they're all in one clip then it's easy to align elements
together...

... hmm, perhaps if each clip had a reference element, the same thing in an
unmoving position, and you could align the other elements in each clip to
this, and then align these two reference elements together in the outer
timeline, before removing the reference elements before publishing...? No,
I'm not sure that may suit all workflows either, but perhaps...?
