Right. It's been in there since QT 4 shipped about a year and a half ago.
We're beta testing QT5, with Flash 4 support in it.

Simple things like Play, Stop, GoToFrame, etc. Will work right out of the
box. The key is that the tracks are running in time together, so if you stop
the main flash time line you'll stop the qt as well. If you jump ahead five
seconds in the flash timeline you'll be doing the same in any parallel qt
tracks.
If you want to have a Flash action do more sophisticated stuff (change the
URL of a referenced movie to bring in a new video stream, change the volume
or pan of an audio track, movie the video track around on the screen, etc.)
you'll need to add QuickTime's Wired Actions to the Flash Track. At present
this can only be done in LiveStage Pro (www.totallyhip.com). LiveStage Pro
is a must-have tool for interactive quicktime work.
Adobe's GoLive 5.0 has will let you make a QT Movie with Flash Tracks (and
just about any other kind of QT track), but it doesn't provide access to
scripting the Flash Buttons.
