FLASH: Need opinion

Hi!


I have this dilemma and need your views on it.

How should the flash intro be played - I prefer to play flash intro in the

main window with a skip/enter site button - the rest of the site is not in

Flash.

My boss wants the main site to be launched in the main window & Flash in a

pop up window.

What do you guys think - does pop ups irritate users or clicking on skip

button?
