FLASH: flash form cgi script help

Hello,


I'm trying to create an email form in flash that submits to a CGI script.  

I've tried to dissect the ones found at virtual-fx.net and flashkit.com but 

I'm still getting stumped.  Does anyone know of any other good resource sites 

or source files that can help me get my flash-based email form running?
