Thanks everyone for the positive response.
The site was designed and programmed by myself for Jah Wobble who owns 30
hertz records. It was a non-paying job (unfortunately) to boost the profile
of our company Hildebrand Interactive, and to promote the album Molam dub by
Jah Wobble and the Invaders of the heart. It was also an attempt to get away
from the usual corporate websites that we do. Personally It was also an
exercise for me in actionscript, drag and drop, & animation technique. I
spent a week of research for functionality, experimenting with different
approaches, synching audio, interface ideas etc.
The animation and design followed, and I spent about a week, getting all the
animations together and another week tweeking the interface, adding a reset
button, intro text, client amends etc.
Jah Wobbles co-operation was essential to the quality of the project, as he
went into the studio to get the various layers of the audio tracks for the
different loops on the stones, leaves and bubbles.
It was a very exciting project.
Thanks again to all who took the time out to have a look!
Guy
