FW: FLASH: Pls,Pls - urgent help with preloader

must be simple for many in this list.

Hi!


I need help with preloading audio.

I have an audio.swf & a main animation movie. I want to preload audio &

animation so that users could have a synchronized play.


When I play my main movie - sound does not play at all.


Here's what I am doing:


1) Audio Movie - I put my wav file in frame 3 & label it audio.

Following are the actions in this movie.


Frame1 -

If frame is loaded ("audio")

Begin Tell Target (_level0")

Go to and Play ("done")

End Tell Target

End Frame Loaded


Frame2 -

Go to and Play (1)


Frame3 -

stop


Now for my main movie - I have 2 scenes - preload & main & I have 3 frames

in preload scene & 300 frames in main scene


Following are actions in preload scene:


Frame1 -

If Frame is Loaded (main, 300)

Go to and Stop (3)

End Frame Loaded


Frame2 -

Go to and Play (1)


Frame3 - Load Movie ("audio.swf",1)

Stop


First frame in this scene is labeled "done"

Following are the actions in Main scene of main movie.


Frame1 -

Begin Tell Target ("_level1")

Go to and Play ("audio")

End Tell Target


What am I doing wrong here - animation plays but audio does not play at all.

Would appreciate help.
