Subject:	FLASH: Flash 5, Video & making a CD-ROM

I was wondering if anyone knows if incorporating video into a flash 5
presentation to be put on CD is easier than that in Flash 4?

I simply am going to want to have some videos embedded in my flash
presentation. Anyone have any good advice?
