SMART ASS ANSWER:

HELPFUL ANSWER:
Import the video into Flash and do everything you need to do with it. Then
you will NEED to export it using the "QuickTime" option (NOT the "QuickTime
Video" option). The resulting .mov file is what you would put on the CD. Of
course, it isn't an executable and the user will have to have QuickTime 4 or
later installed to view it properly. Oh, and you can't do anything in your
Flash movie that wouldn't be Flash 3 compatible! Also, be sure to test it on
low-RAM machines which sometimes have problems with QuickTimes containing
Flash. If any of this is unnacceptable then refer to the "smart ass" answer
above.
