Hi Colin,
The Flash Property Quality can be set or checked in the ActiveX
control only:
Quality (get or set) - The current rendering quality (0=Low, 1=High,
2=AutoLow, 3=AutoHigh). This is the same as the QUALITY parameter.
Inside Flash there is an Action Toggle Quality. This action is available
in Flash 3 as a Button or Frame Action.
