FLASH: vector graphics and tutorials

Hi flash people, 

	Todays problem is that i have been learning about vector graphics, and now i

need to know how to make them. Iam a whiz in photoshop, but not in illustrator

7.0. I dont have the resources to get freehand at the moment. Does anyone know

of any excellent adobe illustrator 7.0 tutorials on the web? I really need the

info. Any suggestions are also welcome.
