You could take the cab files and place them somewhere locally on your
server, however the certification for the Active X cab file will show up as
unknown - and depending on your Internet Explorer browser security
configuration it might not load. If you do want to copy the cab file, just
enter the full URL of the location of the cab file (from within a non Active
X browser) and then save locally.

I am not sure of the legal implications of copying the cab file over from
Macromedia, so you might want to double check that this is ok to do.
