FLASH: begging for help: Publishing and mailto problems

Hello list,


As I finished my Flash 4 movie, I encountered two problems that I would like 

some help with.

1) my button that has the mailto action doesn't work. I figured that maybe I 

need to publish it to see the email window? correct? or should I see 

something as I test movie.

2) when I publish the movie, all I see is a black screen with document:done 

at the bottom but when I test the movie it works fine. Where is the mistake?
