hi Kris,
A URL might be helpful, but really I would need a lot more information to
answer this. When does the problem occur -- in authoring, in test movie, on
the web? What kind of sound are you importing (for Mac it must be AIFF,
but also what is the sample rate of the sound, for example, 44.1kHz,
22050Hz, etc., and what is the bit-rate, typically 16- or 8-bit)? Where are
you trying to place the sound -- in the main timeline, in a button, in a
movie clip frame that is called via tellTarget? Lastly, can you replicate
this problem on other machines, and is your machine playing other Flash
sounds okay in similar circumstances?
