Glad you like big Q. Need Flashers' critique to move on to the next level and 

didn't get any so far. 

Don't get discouraged. Knowledge comes with practice, relentless practice and 

the great Flash list, of course. I'm still a newbie after 5 months of Flash 

but I'm learning every day and having a ball most of the time in between 

pulling my hair out.

So, get going...get flashing.
