FLASH: audio in ndifferent PC

Hi,

my movie made in flash4 has some audio file cpmpressed in mp3 but I tested 

the movie in different PC or Mac and in some of them I can't ear anything 

(and the speakers are working good...!). I think it maight be due to the 

shockwave plugins in the different computers. Is it right? And how can I 

solve this problem?Should I download the plugin from Macromedia site?
