Hi All,


Don't know if anyone has come across this aftershock / mac IE 4.5 

problem.


IE 4.5 on the mac displays garbled code and both the shockwave 

movie and alternate image when Aftershock is used in Banner ad 

mode - eg no autoinstallation selected (IE 4.0 does not show this 

problem).


Has anyone come across a work round for this - I don't want to use 

autoinstallation because I have a shockwave and a flash on some 

screens - I also don't want to have to program another complete 

version of the site just for IE 4.5 on the mac!


Any ideas on how I can alter the aftershock code - it seems to be 

the VB script it doesn't like, if I take this out it seems OK on the 

mac but all ie browsers use the alternate image instaed of the 

shockwave! I know you can't detect plugins with IE on a mac and 

Iam not bothered if they just get the alternate image.
